Adán Carriaga, New Mexico Santero Artist

Adán Carriaga is an award winning Santero from New Mexico where he creates images of saints, or santos. This art form is known as Spanish Colonial devotional art and is made just as traditional Santeros of New Mexico have crafted their pieces since New Mexico was settled by Spanish Colonials in 1598.
